Data deletion requests

Local app data

The current versions of AnyCompare and Sightly are designed to work without DiverAxis Tech account registration and without uploading your personal app records to DiverAxis Tech servers.

Because local app data is stored on your device, you can delete it by deleting saved items inside the app, removing the app from your device, or managing device backups and storage through iOS settings.

Support emails and privacy requests

If you have contacted DiverAxis Tech by email, you can ask us to delete support emails or other information you sent to us.

Send your request to jrc@diveraxis.com. Please include:

  • The app name, such as AnyCompare or Sightly.
  • The email address you used to contact us.
  • A short description of the information you want deleted.

Please do not include sensitive medical, child, or identity information unless it is necessary for your request.

Account deletion

AnyCompare and Sightly do not currently require DiverAxis Tech accounts. If a future version introduces account creation or cloud sync, we will update this page and provide account deletion options consistent with applicable platform rules.

Response timing

We will review privacy and deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep limited information when required by law, for security, or to document that a request was handled.

These pages are prepared for the current app descriptions and data practices. If an app later adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, third-party SDKs, or server-side processing, the privacy policy should be updated before release.
