Sightio

Overview

Sightio is an iOS app by Chengdu Yixiang Technology Co., Ltd. ("DiverAxis Tech", "we", "us", or "our"). Sightio helps parents and guardians keep a clear, organized record of a child's eye health information.

Sightio is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and does not recommend treatment. It is a record keeping and organization tool intended to help families track information over time and communicate more clearly with eye care professionals.

Information stored on your device

Sightio may store information that you choose to enter or save in the app, including exam records, report photos, refraction values, axial length measurements, doctor notes, follow-up reminders, and related local archive data.

The current version of Sightio is designed as a private local archive. This information is stored on your device and is not uploaded to DiverAxis Tech servers by the current version of the app.

Camera access, photo library access, PDF import, OCR, and local notifications are used only for on-device features that you choose to use, such as saving report images, extracting text from local documents, and reminding you of follow-ups.

Local app data may be included in iOS backups or other device-level services controlled by Apple if you enable those services. DiverAxis Tech does not receive that backup data.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account to use Sightio. We do not sell personal information, and the current version of Sightio does not use advertising tracking.

If you contact us by email for support, feedback, or a privacy request, we may receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive child health information by email unless it is necessary for your request.

Apple may provide developers with crash reports, diagnostics, or usage information when users choose to share that information with app developers through Apple settings. Such information is controlled by Apple and is used to improve app reliability.

If Sightio offers paid features or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, and DiverAxis Tech does not receive your full payment card details.

How we use information

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed to respond to your request, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or work with service providers who help us operate support and business functions under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Data deletion and privacy choices

You can delete local Sightio data by deleting records inside the app, removing the app from your device, or using iOS device management and backup settings.

Children's information

Sightio is intended for use by parents and guardians. It may help parents and guardians store information about a child locally on their own device. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through DiverAxis Tech servers in the current version of Sightio.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Sightio changes or when legal, operational, or privacy requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
